Daniel H. Bass, LCSW, MAJCS
Executive Director
Dan Bass has led Jewish Family Service of Palm Springs & Desert Area since 1994. Before joining JFS, he was assistant director of Jewish and Children’s Service of Long Beach, Calif. He served Jewish Family Service of Orange County, Calif., as a staff counselor, coordinator of clinical services and finally director of professional services. He has also been a therapist in private practice. He holds a master’s degree in social work and in Jewish communal service, and is a California licensed clinical social worker and a diplomate in clinical social work
