Solutions for Seniors program offers customized assistance

Our skilled case managers assist elderly men and women, as well as disabled persons, who simply need help taking care of themselves. The program is based on a senior’s specific needs.

When we learn that a senior might need assistance with daily living, our case manager will: Assess what needs to be done; Put an action plan into place; and Coordinate services you need, which might include hot meals, transportation or help with paying monthly bills.
