Support Groups

It helps to talk to others

Jewish Family Service helps individuals cope with life's challenges and offers a variety of support groups. Our groups meet for a limited time (such as four to six weeks) or are ongoing, such as our women's support groups.

In addition, Family Life Education programs enhance personal growth with classes on parenting, communication, stress management, decision-making and life planning (see calendar below). Over the years, other JFS support groups have addressed such topics as co-parenting; divorce; relationship renewal; creative aging and inter-faith family life.
